1. All Sales are Final: Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been made.

  2. Restock Fee and Store Credit Policy: In cases where a return is accepted under exceptional circumstances:

    • A 20% restock fee will be applied to the returned item.
    • Customers will receive 100% store credit for the cost of the item, minus the restock fee. This store credit can be used for future purchases at The Jade Jewelers.

     

  3. Delivery Timescale: We typically utilize USPS Priority Mail, which has an estimated delivery period of 3-5 business days. However, for purchases involving a pendant with a bail, please allow a longer delivery period of 10-14 business days.

     

  4. Incorrect Addresses: Jade Jewelers will not be held liable for any errors in delivery due to incorrect addresses. We strongly urge all customers to carefully review their address details before finalizing their orders.

     

  5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments: Jade Jewelers is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. In the event that a tracking number indicates an order as delivered or en route, we will not be held liable for any undelivered or lost packages. Any disputes regarding such issues must be directly taken up with USPS.

     

  6. Product Issue Reporting Period: We offer a 48-hour grace period upon delivery for customers to report any issues or damages with their product. If you find any issue with your order, please contact us within this period so we can work towards a suitable solution

  7. Cancellation Policy
    At The Jade Jewelers, we understand that plans can change. We allow customers a 48-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel their order. If you need to cancel within this time frame, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to assist you.

    Important Notes:
    Cancellations requested after the 48-hour window will fall under our No Refunds/No Exchange policy, and the order will proceed as scheduled.
    If your order has already been shipped and you attempt to cancel, unfortunately, we are unable to process the cancellation.
