  • We work hard to serve all customers, but in rare cases (such as suspected fraud, abuse, or fulfillment limitations) we may need to decline or cancel an order. If this happens, we’ll notify you and issue a refund if applicable.


3. Product Information & Availability

  • We strive to display our products accurately, but colors, sizes, and details may vary due to screen settings and the natural characteristics of jade.

  • Because each jade piece is unique, slight variations in color, pattern, and carving are part of its authenticity.

  • Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice. We may also discontinue items at any time.


4. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

  • All custom, personalized, and made-to-order jewelry (including nameplates, engraved designs, and special sizing) are non-refundable.

  • If your custom item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or store credit.


5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery in unworn condition and original packaging.

  • Items that arrive damaged must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and approve the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Orders, Billing & Payment

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

  • We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be from resellers, dealers, or distributors.

  • If we make changes to your order (such as item availability or address correction), we will attempt to contact you using the details provided.


7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
