At The Jade Jewelers, we take pride in ensuring your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Below you’ll find all the details on how we ship, delivery timeframes, and what to expect once your purchase leaves our hands.


1. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Custom or Pendant Orders with Bail: Due to the craftsmanship involved, please allow 10–14 business days for processing before shipment.

  • International Orders: We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7–21 business days after dispatch depending on customs clearance and carrier availability.

    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

     


2. Shipping Carriers

  • We primarily ship using USPS Priority Mail for reliable, insured, and trackable delivery within the United States.

  • For international shipments, we may use USPS International, DHL, UPS, or FedEx depending on your region to ensure the fastest and most secure delivery.


3. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If you realize there is an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@thejadejewelers.co. We’ll do our best to update it before shipping, but once an order is dispatched, changes are not possible.


4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 3 business days of the marked delivery date.

  • While The Jade Jewelers is not responsible for losses after delivery confirmation, we’ll work with you to explore solutions such as filing a carrier claim or assisting with a replacement at a discounted rate.

  • For added peace of mind, we recommend selecting shipping insurance or signature confirmation at checkout when available, especially for international orders.


5. Order Tracking

  • When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order through the carrier’s website for the most up-to-date status.
